Our classes are either 40 or 60 minutes long. We also offer trial lessons, which last just 20 minutes. Feel free to book more than one appointment — many of our students book several classes per week!
We use Jitsi Meet. It’s free, 100% encrypted, and you do not need an account to use it. Simply click the link you receive in your confirmation email!
The process is easy! Start by visiting our booking page and selecting your preferred service and team member. Next, pick a time that works best for you. You’ll then have the option to add multiple classes to your cart. After that, simply enter a few basic details — like your name and email address. Finally, review your order and complete your payment. That’s it!
We offer a full refund for appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we will refund you 50%. Please note that if you do not show up for an appointment, no refund will be issued.
To cancel an appointment, simply login to the Student Dashboard, click on the “Appointments” tab, find your appointment, and click “cancel.” If you encounter any problems, feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer group classes. But we hope to in the future!
Yes, we do! If you are making an appointment for a child, please indicate this in the booking form.
There’s no need to prepare for your class! Simply make sure you have a fast internet connection and you’re sitting somewhere quiet. If possible, we recommend using headphones. And make sure you’re ready for your appointment a few minutes early — just in case any unexpected problems come up!
The Atlas Language School does not issue official certificates or qualifications. However, we can issue a certificate of attendance once you have completed at least 10 lessons!
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and China UnionPay payments. We hope to add more options in the future!
All payments go through Stripe, which is the best and most secure payment provider available on the market. It is used by the vast majority of big companies and online marketplaces. So no need to worry!
We take your privacy very seriously. When booking a class, we collect only basic information about you, such as your name and email address. This data is stored securely in our system. All payments are processed by Stripe and we never have access to your card details. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to making Atlas Language School accessible in as many countries as possible. However, sometimes things get a bit tricky! If you’re experiencing issues connecting to our website, we recommend using tools such as NordVPN and switching on “low data mode” or “data saver” on your device.
